Reiki is a non-touch, or light touch form of energy work, that aims to restore health on every level. Reiki energy is received by the energetic level of the client, which in turn has an affect on the mental, emotional and physical levels. Results can range from a subtle peaceful feeling of well being, to a marked release from emotional or physical pain.
The client is prone or seated, fully clothed, and in a relaxed and comfortable state to receive the positive energy that is being transmitted. This positive energy flows through the practitioner into the client, to initiate a relaxation, and then healing response within the client.

Reiki can also be received at a distance, in the comfort of your own home work place, while in hospital etc. Cost and booking options are the same as for any other modality.
